21 reviewsShadow of the Colossus est un jeu d’action aventure développé par la Team Ico, connue également pour Ico et The Last Guardian. Vous incarnez Wander, un jeune garçon qui se rend sur des terres interdites avec le corps d’une jeune fille afin de lui rendre la vie au prix de celles des seize colosses foulant ces terres. La patte de la Team Ico, qui consiste à épurer au maximum le concept d’un jeu, marche à merveille ici, le rendant ni trop court ni trop long, il y a cependant des petits à côté bienvenus tant ils ont bien intégrés au tout. Le gameplay est simple mais la difficulté réside dans le fait d’avoir à comprendre comment répondre à chaque péripétie, bien que vous soyez ( au choix ) aidé. Chaque Colosse représente une énigme de taille ! Les personnages sont pour la plupart ( et le peu qu’ils sont ) attachants ( Agro compte ! ). Le jeu mise beaucoup de sa narration sur le show don’t tell ce qui est un très bon point pour un jeu qui se veut poétique et touchant. En conclusion, Shadow of the Colossus est beaucoup plus riche qu’il n’y paraît et saura vous récompenser avec des cinématiques sublimes et des environnements à couper le souffle.
